- Changes and cancellations: Up to 2 business days before the service date — rescheduling is allowed. Cancellations are refunded minus any fees for preparatory work and costs already incurred. / One business day before the service date — one reschedule is allowed. Cancellations are refunded minus any fees for preparatory work and costs already incurred, plus a 20% cancellation fee on the portion of the service not performed. / On the service date or in the event of a no-show — no changes or refunds are available (see Article 6 of the Terms of service).

- Note: Depending on the request, the volume of work, or the response time of third parties, the work may be completed on the next business day or later.
- Validity: One month from the date of purchase. Please select a service date within this period.
