Here are some examples of how you might use Virtual Assistant Support (Hourly): 1 hour — a quick task, such as email or document preparation, translation, a booking, or a simple search or enquiry. / 3 hours — several tasks together, such as research and bookings, email handling and document preparation, or a batch of administrative tasks. / 5 hours — several tasks you want to delegate, such as research and comparisons, multiple bookings and arrangements, document preparation, data organization, or coordinating with others. Single Services are priced per service (see below). Virtual Assistant Support (Hourly) is priced based on the number of hours purchased.
Add-ons
Add-ons are selected on the relevant plan’s product page and added to your cart along with the plan. Add-ons, such as Rush Delivery and additional booking services, cannot be purchased separately. Single Services, on the other hand, can be purchased individually. Rush Delivery allows us to prioritize urgent requests whenever possible. Whether we can accommodate a rush request depends on the nature of the request, when it is received, and staff availability. Rush Delivery can be added to eligible plans.

Getting started
After purchase, please provide your request along with any necessary information and materials. Once we have everything we need, we generally aim to begin work within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM JST).
Actual costs
The service fee does not include out-of-pocket expenses such as purchases, transport, accommodation, tickets, shipping, booking fees, or other third-party costs.
Turnaround
Completion times may be outside our control when they depend on responses, approvals, or availability from third parties.
Out of scope
We do not provide services that require professional qualifications or professional judgment, such as legal, tax, or medical advice. You must complete identity verification, sign documents, submit documents, and complete the final applications yourself.
Complex requests
For requests that cannot be handled as a standard service or involve complex work, we recommend Virtual Assistant Support (Hourly).
